In case you haven’t figured it out yet, I’m kinda obsessed with vintage, sustainable and eco shopping. When it comes to the latter, Berlin has it all. Vegan supermarkets, shoe shops, ethically made-in-Germany clothing shops, you name it. But when it comes to vintage stores, there’s only a select few that caught my attention. Made in Berlin is one of the most famous, traditionally vintage shops in Berlin. Although certainly not the cheapest option, Garments is an upscale boutique where you can find vintage pieces from designers such as Givenchy and Chanel on racks organised by colours and moods. If you love vintage clothes but hate the hassle of sorting through piles of ugly pieces, you don’t have to worry about that in Garments as they pride themselves on stocking the best of the best. Dress Code is a stylish underground boutique with plenty of chic options if you’re interested in wacky prints, embarrassing Christmas jumpers and flashy neon shirts. Allet Schick is one of the smaller, trendy boutiques with a wide range of beautiful items for both men and women at cheap prices. Though small, there are two floors chock-full of wonderful and wacky designs, overflowing from within.
