Copenhagen is supposed to be “Scandinavia with Europe prices”, but I wasn’t so sure about that. Sure, it’s cheaper than a trip to Reykjavik, Oslo or Stockholm, but it’s on par with London price-wise, so it’s definitely on the high-end of the Europe pricing scale. 5 Reasons Why Iceland is Perfect for a Solo Trip

I have yet to go on my first solo trip abroad, although I have travelled by myself often. The idea of solo travel is extremely tempting to me as I have always pushed myself to do things alone. Whether it’s eating out in restaurants or taking a flight to an unknown land, there’s something so powerful about a person (especially a woman) doing it by herself.

10 Things to do in Bath

Although I loved living in Bath, it never felt like a place someone would want to go on holiday to. Yes, there is plenty to do and yes, it has culture and history and it’s an UNESCO World Heritage site, but to me it only ever felt like home and never a holiday. When I made this list I had to stop myself from adding random things I love about this city, like that adorable bookshop (Mr B’s) and that dog who sits outside the vegan shop (Beyond the Kale).
