Copenhagen is supposed to be “Scandinavia with Europe prices”, but I wasn’t so sure about that. Sure, it’s cheaper than a trip to Reykjavik, Oslo or Stockholm, but it’s on par with London price-wise, so it’s definitely on the high-end of the Europe pricing scale. Central Copenhagen is the neighbourhood where the majority of the tourist attractions are in Copenhagen. Although I loved my time in Nørrebro, Vesterbro, Christianshavn and even way out in Humlebæk, if you haven’t got much time to explore, or would prefer staying put in one place, I would recommend staying in Central Copenhagen because there’s more than enough things to do here to satisfy days worth of travelling.
