My Heart is in El Carmen

Looking back on my trip to Valencia, I have nothing but love for the El Carmen district. It is, by far, the coolest part of the city. With street art on every building, the entire district is alive with colour and vibrancy. Valencia is a city famous for it’s old town or it’s ultra-modern city of arts and sciences, most people won’t recognise it as being up there with cities like Berlin and Lisbon in terms of it’s street cred. Pics or it Didn’t Happen

I am what my sister refers to as a ‘photo hoe’. Without meaning to sound like a cliche, photography is my passion. A new passion but a passion nonetheless. I can’t eat at a restaurant without taking a dozen pictures of my kale and tofu stir-fry much to the embarrassment of everyone else at the table. Yep, I’m that person. The Truth About La Muralla Roja

I’m kind of nervous about writing this entry because it’s sort of embarrassing. I like to come across as someone who is good at travelling, will research to the depths of the earth to find the most beautiful, fantastic and unique places to visit and go out of my way to visit them so I can write about my experience.
